Reconstruction tools to assist reconstruction jobs in the field. Is a software package for video reconstruction or more formal reverse projection photogrammetry. You run it on a laptop to take with you to a scene of crime. You can mix a previously captured image with the suspect and the live video (both analogue and digital) from the same (security) camera.

This way you can for example try to estimate how tall the suspect was, or measure the speed of cars. The software package gives you tools to accurately realign the camera, which is vital for an accurate measurement. The concept is based on the fact that you use the same camera for the live video and the captured image with the suspect.  This way you can avoid needing corrections for lens distortions etc. and is a much simpler/cheaper technique then 3D reconstructions.
